IT-Back Office Employee (m/w/d)

We at Recuvia are recruiting as an external recruitment department for a well-established IT service provider, which among other things manages the entire IT infrastructure of a renowned Berlin-based hotel group and supports stable and secure IT operations.

No temporary work, no personnel agency, you will be directly part of the internal team.

To strengthen the team, our customer is looking for a reliable person who enjoys structured, recurring work and feels comfortable in a technical environment, preferably as a lateral entrant.

Tasks

In this role, you will work behind the scenes of IT operations, without telephone-based customer service. Your focus lies on clearly defined processes and routine tasks:

- Support for Level 1-3 support teams in the back office

- Conducting Windows/Server updates

- Planning and coordination of maintenance windows

- Communication of expected downtime

- Implementation of standardized configuration tasks

- Escalation to experienced colleagues

Qualification

- You have technical interest and basic understanding of IT

- You work well with clear processes, step-by-step instructions, and checklists

- You possess very good German language skills (at least level B2) and solid English language skills (at least level B1)

- Enjoy recurring tasks and routine: you find it rather calming than boring

- High learning readiness: you let things be shown to you and implement them conscientiously

- You proactively report if something is unclear or you get stuck at a step

- Team-oriented in collaboration, even when working remotely
