IT Assistant

Job Overview: Our company is currently seeking a qualified and experienced IT Assistant. The scope of work for IT support and specific requirements. Below are some common duties and responsibilities which are (but not limited) in the scope of work for IT support: Job Description: - Providing frontline assistance to end- users, attending to queries, troubleshooting technical issues, installing, updating, and/or configuring software applications and resolving hardware, software, or network related problems; - Performing routine maintenance tasks such as checking disk space, monitoring system logs, and ensuring that all systems are functioning properly; - Collaborating with other IT staff members to resolve complex technical issues; - Providing training and support to end-users on the use of various software applications and technology tools; - Maintaining accurate records of work performed and resolving any outstanding issues.
