IT Assistant

We are looking for a reliable IT Assistant to support the school’s information technology operations and ensure that all systems run smoothly. The selected candidate will provide daily technical support for both teachers and students while contributing to the maintenance and development of the school’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and monitor school computers, printers, smart boards, and other devices
• Provide daily technical assistance to teachers and students
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Ensure proper functioning of network connections
• Support the management of user accounts and access permissions
• Liaise with external technical service providers when necessary
• Actively participate in IT department projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in IT or relevant certifications

• Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and networking basics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and major operating systems (Windows, macOS)
• Problem-solving attitude, teamwork skills, and strong sense of responsibility
• Previous experience in an educational institution is a plus
