We have been a sought-after partner for insurance companies, banks, and financial service providers for many years and are currently looking for an experienced IT Architect (m/w/d), who will strengthen our team.

To be able to offer our customers top-notch services and products in the digital age, we are looking for an experienced IT Architect who can develop innovative solutions and optimize existing IT systems. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement customized software applications and database solutions.

Tasks

• Develop and maintain IT architectures and solutions in line with organizational goals and the company's strategy
• Participate in identifying, conceiving, and implementing IT systems and projects
• Analyze the requirements of departmental teams and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs
• Ensure the functionality, performance, and efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure
• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance measures for software developments
• Guarantee compliance with technical standards and best practices
• Support the further development and optimization of existing IT systems
• Close cooperation with colleagues from other departments and external partners

Qualification

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT architecture and software development
• Fundamental knowledge of programming (e.g. Java, C#, Python) and common web technologies
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure IT architectures
• Good knowledge of databases (e.g. SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
• Understanding of IT security aspects and data protection regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts and solutions
• Teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders
