IT Architect for Operations (Manufacturing, Engineering, Distribution) @ Galderma

Master's degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar ITIL a plus 15 years of overall experience in IT, with 10 years as an Enterprise Architect in the manufacturing domain. E xperience with manufacturing apps such as ERP, MES, SCADA, WMS, and PLM, with integration in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of KPIs for manufacturing apps, such as MTTR, system uptime, time to deploy updates, production downtime, and system latency. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. Ability to analyze complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for process optimization. Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, and knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels within the organization.
