IT-Applications and System Administration (m/w/d)

The South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences counts among the larger state-run universities in North Rhine-Westphalia with around 10,000 students. We are looking for an IT applications and system administrator (m/w/d) who can support our IT department in the administration of our IT infrastructure. The tasks include the maintenance and troubleshooting of servers, workstations, and network devices, as well as the installation and configuration of software and hardware. In addition, you will be responsible for the administration of our Microsoft Active Directory environment, including user management and group policy settings. You should have experience in the administration of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications. Furthermore, knowledge of Linux and Unix-based systems is an advantage. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Good communication skills and a high level of technical expertise are also required. We offer a full-time position with a salary according to the collective agreement for public service employees in North Rhine-Westphalia.
