Job description
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach Fluency in French and Spanish (both written and spoken) Additional language skills in Italian is a plus Previous experience in IT support is advantageous Familiarity with troubleshooting and system navigation Experience with tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) is a plus We are looking for a communicative and customer-focused Application Support Agent fluent in French and Spanish to join team. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. He/She will be responsible for providing technical support to customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
