IT Application Manager (m/f/d) – Munich | Full-time

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as an “IT Application Manager (m/f/d)” as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • As an IT Application Manager (m/f/d), you will support and further develop commercial and department-specific applications and ensure their reliable operation.
  • In addition, you will support the departments in the digitalization and optimization of business processes and translate functional requirements into suitable IT solutions.
  • Furthermore, you will manage system environments and interfaces, monitor their availability, and take into account IT security requirements.
  • In addition, you will take on tasks in IT projects and coordinate external developers and IT service providers in the technical implementation.
  • You will document and monitor relevant processes and systems.

Qualifications

  • The basis for this role is a vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) or IT Specialist for Application Development (m/f/d), or alternatively a degree in computer science.
  • Experience as an IT Application Manager (m/f/d), IT Application Administrator (m/f/d), or IT System Administrator (m/f/d) with experience in supporting business applications is particularly suitable.
  • You have knowledge of process modeling and system integration, as well as experience with SAP, databases, and the further development of application environments.
  • In addition, you have experience in IT project management and can coordinate external developers and service providers in the technical implementation.
  • A good understanding of IT security and business processes, and a structured way of working are important.
