In the course of replacing the previous ERP system and further developing the digital platforms, the IT organization will be deliberately strengthened. For the care and continuous development of the central specialized applications, we are looking for a personality as an IT Application Manager ERP & Webanwendungen (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

In this central role, you will be the first point of contact for the core applications of our client:

• You will take over the professional responsibility for the stable operation of the central applications – ERP (including inventory management, auction administration, financial accounting and logistics), auction platform, as well as webshop and are as 2nd-Level-Support and for more complex questions also as 1st-Level-instance first point of contact for the users.
• You will take on requirements and change requests from the departments, structure and evaluate these and steer the implementation through a prioritized backlog in close coordination with the stakeholders.
• You will develop the applications you are responsible for along the business processes continuously – from auction and trade to logistics and financial accounting.
• You will manage external service providers and software manufacturers independently: from requirement transfer over change and ticket processes to professional acceptance of releases.
• You will participate in digitalization projects as an application-oriented expert and take on project leadership or product owner role for the systems you are responsible for, depending on the project size.
• You will train the users, build a structured knowledge base and actively accompany the departments through introduction and stabilization phases after go-lives.

Qualifikation

• Abschluss of studies in (business) informatics, business administration with IT focus or comparable qualification; alternatively an apprenticeship with corresponding practical experience.
• Multiple years of professional experience in a similar role, e.g. as IT Application Manager, Inhouse Consultant, (Junior) Product Owner, Key User or ERP Administrator.
• Knowledge of ERP processes, ideally in several areas (inventory management, financial accounting, logistics) and touchpoints with webshop, eCommerce or portal systems.
• Experience in user-oriented support (2nd-Level, preferably also 1st-Level) and daily collaboration with departments.
• Experience in cooperation with external service providers and software manufacturers (ticket and change processes, release management).
• Analytical and structured working style, strong service- and solution-oriented approach as well as pleasure in communication with different stakeholders.
• Independent, responsible working style, openness to digital innovation and motivation to take on responsibility in a mid-sized company environment.
