Tasks

• You support the ongoing operation of IT infrastructure and ensure a smooth technical workflow
• You set up workstations in LAN and notebooks in VPN, and maintain our client-server applications
• In 2nd Level Support, you systematically troubleshoot issues, analyze causes, and find sustainable solutions
• You also manage the network infrastructure at our locations and participate in tests and release changes for hardware and software
• You take care of software installations, keep documentation up to date, and take over inventory management of hardware and software

Qualification

• A degree in computer science (m/w/d) or equivalent technical qualification
• Good knowledge of modern Microsoft operating systems, particularly Windows 11
• Fundamental understanding of Active Directory and experience working with Cisco networks, VLANs, and VPNs
• Ideal candidate has first-hand experience with FNT Command or similar tools
• A structured work approach, technical affinity, and team orientation
