IT and Computing Specialist - Tendering and Contracting

• Strong experience: minimum 3 years participating in public procurement procedures, preparing commercial offers and documentation for tenders;
• Techical and legislative knowledge: master platform SEAP/SICAP, public procurement legislation, and necessary steps for contracting;
• Familiarity with IT and computing and security: know the market, products, and solutions in the field;
• Digital skills: excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, for preparing and verifying documentation;
• Interpersonal skills: clear and concise communication, negotiation, efficient collaboration with suppliers and contracting authorities;
• Attitude and values: solution-oriented, proactive, flexible, and positive attitude in the team.

• Offering support to sales teams and pre-sales for preparing technical and financial offers;
• Collaborating interdepartmentally to solve problems arising in the tendering process;
• Maintaining permanent monitoring of regulations and qualification conditions for participating in public procurement procedures;
• Maintaining relationships with contracting authorities, organizers of tenders, subcontractors, and main contractors;
• Organizing project team meetings throughout the tendering and contracting process;
• Obtaining all necessary approvals for signing contracts;
• Preparing specific documents for the contracting process: contracts, annexes, and additional acts;
• Managing disputes and communicating with contracting authorities during public procurement procedures;
• Packing qualification files according to the requirements of the tendering documentation.
