IT Analyst with Spanish

Our Client is a global financial institution that develops modern technological solutions for the corporate and investment banking sector. The project focuses on building a global data platform, integrating operations from multiple countries and supporting business teams worldwide. We are looking for someone to collaborate with as an IT Business Analyst for the project. The scope of cooperation includes analyzing business needs, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting communication between business areas and technology teams. WORK MODE: Warsaw – hybrid model (3 days from the office per week) ✈️ ONBOARDING: first months of work in Madrid ‍ WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Supporting the Product Owner in planning and executing technological activities, including creating and maintaining the IT Roadmap. Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for the development team. Defining the business logic of Big Data systems and supporting the development of a global Data Hub. Conducting data analysis and business research, including developing recommendations and supporting the assessment of operational models. Collaborating with teams in Warsaw and Madrid on projects using Agile/Scrum methodology, utilizing JIRA, Confluence, and ALM tools. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Minimum of 7 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in IT projects – preferably in the corporate/investment banking area. Practical knowledge of P&L processes (Trading and/or Client) and the ability to collaborate with development teams. Familiarity with tools and environments: SQL, JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD, Automated Testing Tools, MS Excel. Very good knowledge of English (C1) and Spanish (C1) – daily work in an international environment. Nice to have: knowledge of the Murex system or similar (e.g., Calypso), experience in Big Data / Spark / Cloud environments. WHY IS IT WORTH IT? Employment contract signed directly with the Client.
