IT Analyst Trainee – HR Systems

Savino Del Bene is seeking an IT Analyst Trainee dedicated to HR systems. The resource, inserted in the Business Integration IT department, in collaboration with their own tutor will be the technical and functional point of reference for the global and local HR teams, managing assistance requests, developing reports, integrating systems and contributing to the design and optimization of IT processes in the HR field. Main tasks and responsibilities: Manage and resolve tickets, collaborating closely with the HR team to ensure timely resolution of incidents; Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on HR system performance; Integrate HR systems with other company systems to ensure seamless data exchange; Contribute to the design and optimization of IT processes in the HR field, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Principali requisiti e competenze richiesti: Familiarity with HR systems and processes; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in MS Office applications; Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL); Certification in ITIL or similar is an asset.
