Description The Junior IT Analyst is responsible for providing technical and operational support to teams in the graphic industry, ensuring the proper functioning of information technology systems and equipment. This professional will be involved in implementing technological solutions, maintaining hardware and software, and supporting end users. Main Activities Provide technical support to users, solving issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and other IT equipment. Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve technical problems. Develop and implement technological solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Perform routine checks on IT systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Provide training and support to end users on the use of technology. Main Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 1-2 years of experience in IT support. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication skills. Portuguese language proficiency.
