IT Analyst

About the project: We are looking for an IT Analyst to join a team responsible for the development and modernization of payment systems in a large financial organization. You will participate in projects implemented in a microservices architecture, based on OpenShift, Kafka, and modern integration solutions. Scope of responsibilities: - Analysis of system requirements and their decomposition for development teams, - Design and documentation of integrations between systems, - Modeling of data flows, as well as business and system processes, - Preparation of technical documentation, diagrams, and solution specifications, - Collaboration with architects, developers, testers, and Product Owners, - Analysis of existing systems and components for the purpose of designing new functionalities, - Support for deployment, testing, and migration processes, - Participation in Scrum events and product team activities. Requirements: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in system analysis, - Experience in the payments domain, - Experience in integration projects, - Practical knowledge of REST API, SOAP/Web Services, and data exchange between systems, - Experience working with solutions based on asynchronous communication (Kafka, MQ, or similar), - Ability to prepare technical documentation and system diagrams, - Knowledge of microservices architecture, - Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases, - Ability to read and analyze application code (Java preferred), - Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking or financial sector, - English language at a level that enables working with documentation and international teams. Nice to have: - Knowledge of architecture modeling tools (e.g., C4).
