IT Analyst

About the project: We are looking for an IT Analyst who will support the team in analyses, as well as coordination, covering a product in the HR area, tools supporting HR and payroll processes, and others involving a range of applications mainly supplied by vendors. The team is small, optimistic, engaged, and goal-oriented. Scope of responsibilities: Preparation of system analyses based on business requirements, conducted together with the business, in the form of user stories. Defining acceptance criteria for defined requirements together with the business. Maintaining product analytical documentation (Jira/Confluence). Support during development implementation and testing of implemented system requirements. Ongoing communication and collaboration within the Scrum team. Additionally, support in coordinating work within the Scrum team. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience working as a business-system analyst. Experience in implementing systems integrated with external systems (e.g., via API, communication buses). Ability to communicate effectively in a business and IT environment. Analytical thinking skills, accuracy, and conscientiousness. Creativity, ability to independently solve problems, goal-oriented approach. Experience working with the SCRUM methodology, experience working with user stories/acceptance criteria. Nice to have: Experience in the HR industry in the financial/banking sector or experience gained in a company developing/implementing IT systems.
