IT All-Rounder / System Administrator

AVISOL GmbH in Griesheim, as a owner-managed company, implements demanding infrastructure projects in the railway network and ensures that construction projects of Deutsche Bahn are realized on time and safely. To ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, we are looking for a motivated IT All-Rounder / System Administrator (m/f/d) with real "doer mentality" starting immediately.

Your Responsibilities

As an IT All-Rounder and System Administrator, you will keep our internal IT landscape stable, secure, and up-to-date. You are the central point of contact for our team and will be independently responsible for:

• Microsoft 365: Management of subscriptions, Admin Centers, users, permissions, and licenses.

• ERP System: Support, assistance, and contact person for our enterprise software.

• Mobility Management (MDM): Control and management of our mobile devices (company phones, laptops).

• Data Protection & IT Security: Support in the implementation and adherence to data protection regulations, backups, and access rights.

• Infrastructure & Support: Support of hardware/software, networks, as well as fast, solution-oriented user support for everyday IT issues.

What You Bring

• Education or Comparable Experience: You have completed vocational training in IT or have demonstrable, practical professional experience in system administration (career changers with strong know-how are very welcome!).

• Hands-on Mentality: You are curious, motivated to delve into new subject areas, and tackle tasks pragmatically.

• Technical Know-how: Good handling of common operating systems, networks, and hardware components.

• Language Skills: Very good German skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.

Your First Months

You will systematically familiarize yourself with our existing IT environment, gradually take over the support of our core systems (M365, ERP, MDM) as well as user support, and optimize internal processes together with us.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: Attractive remuneration between EUR 42,000 and EUR 56,000 per year (depending on qualifications).
