The EuBiA (European Education Academy) is a social education and advisory group with locations in NRW and beyond. We bring people into meaningful activities every day - through supported educational measures, coaching, language courses, and further training.

To achieve this, we need strong digital structures. That's where you come in: We are looking for an IT-Allrounder (m/w/d) with broad technical understanding who builds websites, automates processes, and develops database applications. You will work directly at the interface of technology and impact - with a lot of design freedom and short ways.

Tasks

• You build and maintain our websites - from the initial idea to the finished, functioning page.
• You develop programs and applications around our databases and ensure that data is clean, secure, and usable.
• You automate recurring processes and workflows, so that the team can focus on what's essential.
• You think independently, bring in your own technical solutions, and drive our digitalization - including initial AI projects - actively forward.

Qualification

• Broad IT understanding: You understand web development just as well as database programming and feel at home in both worlds.
• Practical experience in building websites (e.g., with common web technologies, frameworks, or CMS).
• Knowledge of programming data applications and handling data.
• Ideal experience with automating processes and workflows.
• You work structured and independently, find pragmatic solutions, and take responsibility for your topics.
