Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Servicing and supporting users in central locations, branch structures, and external sales teams at the first- and second-level support levels
• Analyzing, prioritizing, and sustainably resolving IT issues
• Coordinating external IT service providers and taking over the interface function
• Setting up, configuring, and maintaining PC workstations
• Carrying out system updates, maintenance work, and small rollouts
• Installing, configuring, and administering client hardware and software as well as mobile devices
• Orienting employees in new systems and applications
• Creating and maintaining structured user documentation
• Carrying out user and authorization management
• Servicing EDI interfaces

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Completed training in the IT field or comparable relevant work experience
• Multiple years of experience in user support and operating IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of ERP systems, EDI transfers, and cash register systems is advantageous
• Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Structured, analytical, and self-responsible working style
• Highly developed service- and solution-oriented approach
• High reliability and team fit
• Excellent German and good English skills in writing and speaking
