Aufgaben

• You are the first point of contact (1st & 2nd Level Support) when colleagues at the location need IT support.
• You take care of setting up, maintaining, and rolling out our PC workstations.
• You work closely with our external IT service providers.
• You keep an eye on our IT hardware and plan the timely procurement of new devices.
• You manage our communication systems (telephony, email, etc.).
• You ensure that backups run and IT security is always guaranteed.

Qualifikation

• You are enthusiastic about IT and have completed an education as a computer scientist or something comparable.
• You communicate safely in German and English – whether by phone or email.
• You have a desire to continuously develop yourself and learn new things.
• You work structured, independently, and approach openly and friendly.
