Aufgaben

In this versatile role, you ensure a smooth IT operation and develop the IT landscape at the Stuttgart location actively further and are responsible for IT budget planning.

As the central point of contact for employees, you process IT inquiries structured and solution-oriented, coordinate tasks, and ensure transparency and reliable documentation.

You work daily with Microsoft 365 (including Teams, Planner, Outlook, and Excel) and actively contribute to optimizing processes and digitalization. With a pragmatic approach, hands-on mentality, and the joy of taking responsibility in a dynamic environment and developing structures further, you convince.

Qualifikation

• You have completed an education in the IT field, studied computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience.
• You bring several years of professional experience in IT support, IT operation, or in a coordinating function within IT.
• The professional handling of external IT service providers and the structured management of support requests and IT processes are part of your expertise.
• You use Microsoft 365 confidently and routiniert – especially Teams, Planner, Outlook, and Excel – for organizing, tracking, and documenting tasks and projects.
• You have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, e.g., in the areas of Windows environments, networks, and cloud solutions, and can competently categorize technical connections.
• You possess fluent German language skills at C2 level.
