Job description

Tasks
- Installation, configuration, and management of client, infrastructure, and server systems
- Installation and maintenance of software applications
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring availability
- Implementation and management of security measures to protect systems
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Actively following current IT trends and technologies Training of employees in the use of software and hardware as well as creation of associated documentation
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience is desirable
- Experience in the areas of networks, operating systems, applications, and IT security
- Strong problem-solving skills and a pronounced service orientation Excellent communication skills to convey technical issues understandably
