Tasks

  • Installation, configuration, and management of client, infrastructure, and server systems
  • Installation and maintenance of software applications
  • Monitoring system performance and ensuring availability
  • Implementation and management of security measures to protect systems
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Actively following current IT trends and technologies Training of employees in the use of software and hardware as well as creation of associated documentation

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience is desirable
  • Experience in the areas of networks, operating systems, applications, and IT security
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a pronounced service orientation Excellent communication skills to convey technical issues understandably
