We are GTK Ginster Theis Klein Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB – an interdisciplinary law firm for tax consulting, auditing, and legal advice with around 70 employees, 9 partners, and four locations in the Cologne/Bonn area.

We advise clients from the middle class and freelancers – personally, thoroughly, and with a clear forward-looking perspective.

In 2026, we are planning strategic further development: We consolidate our location structure, modernize processes, and invest specifically in our digital infrastructure. In this context, the responsible use of AI is also becoming increasingly important.

This is where you come in.

Tasks

• First- and Second-Level-Support for around 70 employees – by phone, remotely, and on-site
• Onboarding new colleagues from an IT perspective: Setting up equipment, access, training
• Standardizing recurring IT processes
• Coordinating technical requirements between locations

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in IT administration, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Outlook)
• Experience with DATEV applications or the willingness to quickly get familiar
• Solid understanding of Windows Server, network, and firewall
• Fundamental understanding of AI, LLMs, and APIs; first contact with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or Anthropic is a plus
• Python- or PowerShell-knowledge are welcome, but not required
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and responsible handling of sensitive data
• Pleasure in building something up instead of just managing
