Aufgaben

• Setup, maintenance, and security of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• Maintenance of our ticket system and support app (First Level Support)

including processing, coordination, and documentation of support requests

• Promotion, updating, and optimization of our WordPress website

Technical project coordination, e.g.:

• Network expansion
• Telecommunications
• IT management at our locations
• Creation and maintenance of IT documentation as well as quality assurance
• Use and further development of AI-supported tools to support IT processes, automation, and documentation

Qualifikation

• Completed training or professional experience in the field of IT/system administration
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and end devices
• Service- and solution-oriented working style
• Structured, self-reliant work style and team ability
• Basic knowledge of AI-supported tools (e.g. for automation, analysis or documentation)
• Interest and motivation to continuously develop in the field of artificial intelligence and actively integrate new technologies into daily work
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
