📍 Important beforehand: Your workplace is at our location in Albstadt-Tailfingen (Zollernalbkreis).

You will support our customers in the region – a residence within the area is therefore a prerequisite. Secure German language skills are required, as you will speak directly with our customers every day.

💼 Flexible scope: This position offers us in full-time or part-time (60-70%) - depending on what fits your life situation.

Aufgaben

As part of our team, you will take on a central role in the support and further development of IT infrastructures for our customers. You will not only work with technology - you will shape digital working worlds with.
What awaits you here:

• System administrator sought: You install, configure and maintain modern client-server systems in the Microsoft environment.
• Networker with overview: You take care of networks, VPNs and internet connections - reliably, securely and redundantly.
• Admin with depth: You manage Windows server applications like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange Online or SQL Server - on-premise and in the cloud.
• Error hunter & solution finder: You analyze, correct and document errors - structured and with a cool head.
• Advisor with technical understanding: You analyze requirements, advise our customers and bring your expertise into the offer creation.
• Support with heart: You support users in 1st- and 2nd-level support and ensure a smooth IT daily life for our medium-sized customers.
• Mitgestalter instead of Mitläufer: You actively participate in IT projects and take responsibility for the operation of IT services.

Qualification

🎯 What you should bring along:

• IT in the blood: Fundamentally, pragmatically IT knowledge - whether through training (e.g. Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker:in) or as a lateral entrant with comparable experience.
• Experience counts: First professional experience in IT support is an advantage - especially with direct customer contact.
• Technician's license: Driving license class B for on-site operations at our customers' locations.
• Vor Ort instead of somewhere else: You live in the region around Albstadt or are willing to move here - mobile work complements, but does not replace presence at the customer.
• Structured & self-employed: You work independently, think with it and keep an overview even in complex situations.
• Kommunikativ & echt: You approach openly, authentically and customer-oriented - just like us.
• Linguistically gifted: Secure German language skills (at least C1) are a must - you will work directly with German-speaking customers every day. Solid English language skills help in the IT world as well.

🧠 Tech know-how – that's what you should have on hand:

• Windows clients & servers (mainly devices from bluechip and Wortmann)
• Virtualization with Hyper-V and/or Proxmox
• Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
• Networks, firewalls and backup solutions
• Nice to have: Experience with 3CX telephone systems (setup, configuration and maintenance) including related DECT and IP telephony infrastructure
