IT Administrator / Technischer Support (m/w/d)

We are looking for a full-time IT Administrator / Technischer Support (m/w/d) at our location in Munich.

Your areas of responsibility: Installation, training and technical support.

Ideal combination of office work and planned external service.

Tasks

What you'll be doing

• Preliminary preparation and installation of our medical products – on-site and remote
• Communication with customers and their ITs
• Technical service: Troubleshooting, returns, repairs
• Training of medical professionals in the use of our systems
• Business travel (national)

Qualification

What you bring

• Service mentality, pragmatism and solution-oriented approach
• Pleasure in dealing with customers
• Interest in medical technology and willingness to travel
• Fluent German (C1), Solid English (at least B1)
• Techical education (e.g. FachinformatikerIn Systemintegration, IT AdministratorIn) or comparable experience with knowledge of Windows, networks, and hardware/software installation
