IT-Administrator & Systems Manager (m/w/d)

To enable our teams to work efficiently, we need a stable and well-structured IT and tool landscape. For this, we are looking for someone who can reliably operate, develop, and enable our systems as a whole company.

Tasks

• Administration and further development of our IT and tool landscape
• User, role, and rights management across all systems
• Setup and maintenance of central business and collaboration tools
• IT-based onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Contact person for IT-related questions in daily business
• Interface to external IT service providers and software vendors
• Support for IT-related backoffice and operations topics
• Identification of optimization and automation potential

Qualification

• Experience in IT administration, system maintenance, or comparable role
• Familiarity with common SaaS tools
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
• Understanding of business processes in digital companies
• Clear communication and pragmatic solution orientation
