Aufgaben

• You analyze disturbances, fix problems sustainably and document cleanly.
• You support employees in administration and production in 1st- and 2nd-level support.
• You administer and maintain Windows-server and client systems.
• You take care of Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• You manage and develop the network infrastructure further – also in production-like areas.
• You are responsible for the Microsoft-365 environment with Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID.
• You manage and develop the VMware virtualization environment further.

Qualifikation

• Completed training as a system integration specialist or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Very good knowledge of Windows-server and client systems
• Active Directory, networks, and Microsoft-365 environments are not foreign words to you
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
• Overview even in stressful situations and a pragmatic approach to problems
• Pleasure in supporting colleagues in support
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for working together
• Familiarity with being part of a mid-sized company with short decision-making paths
