IT-Administrator / Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

The medoplan GmbH is part of the growing medoplan group. We take over doctor's practices in general medicine, orthopedics, surgery, rehabilitation medicine, and neurology and lead them sustainably forward – for long-term secure care and as a visible attractive employer. For the setup and operation of our entire IT, we are looking for you as an IT-Administrator:in / Systemadministrator:in (m/w/d) – full-time, with location Hameln and responsibility over all locations of the medoplan group.

Aufgaben

• Total responsibility for operating, administering, and developing our IT infrastructure (servers, network, clients, mobile devices) across all locations of the medoplan group.
• Administration of Windows- and Apple-environments, user accounts, permissions, and Microsoft 365- and cloud services.
• Care of practice- and administrative systems (e.g. practice management software, connection to the Telematikinfrastruktur, document management) in coordination with our service providers.
• Ensuring IT security, data protection (DSGVO), and robust backup and emergency concepts in the sensitive healthcare environment.
• Network-, firewall- and WLAN-management, secure site-to-site VPN connection, and care of telephony (VoIP).
• 1st- and 2nd-level support for employees at all locations, including onboarding, hardware rollout, and training.
• Management of external IT service providers, hardware procurement, and license management.
• Setup, standardization, and integration of IT at practice takeovers and new locations, as well as continuous optimization and automation of our processes.

Qualifikation

• A completed IT training (e.g. Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration), an IT study or a comparable qualification or professional experience.
• Fundamental knowledge in Windows-server- and -client-environments, ideally also in macOS, as well as network technology (TCP/IP, VPN, firewall) and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with IT security, backup solutions, and data protection; knowledge of the Telematikinfrastruktur in healthcare is a clear plus.
• A self-contained, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Servicemindedness, communication strength, and team spirit.
• Travel readiness for occasional deployments at the locations of the medoplan group as well as a Class B driver's license.
• Very good German language skills.
