IT Administrator / Specialist Client Management (m/w/d)

In our infrastructure team at Hügli Group IT, you'll take group-wide responsibility for the Client Management area and ensure that our IT environment runs smoothly – with modern clients, seamless software distribution, and a future-proof hardware strategy.

Tasks

• Provisioning, operation, and maintenance of our physical and virtual clients as well as mobile devices
• Ensuring reliable distribution and care of operating systems and software
• Serving as a point of contact for technical issues – from error analysis to sustainable troubleshooting
• Installation, configuration, and automated distribution of software components
• Responsibility for IT Asset Management, including the management of devices and licenses
• Collaboration in IT projects for continuous development of our group-wide infrastructure

Qualification

• A completed IT education or comparable qualification
• Experience in Client Management (Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune, virtual desktops etc.)
• Knowledge of software distribution, asset management, and troubleshooting
• Structured, self-responsible working style and a solution-oriented approach
• Pleasure in teamwork and enthusiasm for shaping the IT at Hügli Group
• Negotiation-proof German and English skills in writing and speaking
