IT-Administrator / Senior System Engineer in Albstadt (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Installation, configuration, planning, and active maintenance of:
• Serversystems with Microsoft Windows systems
• Microsoft 365
• Virtualization OnPrem and in the cloud (Hyper-V, Proxmox, Azure)
• Backup solutions (Veeam)
• Network solutions (HPE Aruba, Omada)
• IT security (Sophos, Sentinel One, and Hornet Security)
• Email archiving with MailStore
• Workplace systems (Wortmann, bluechip, Lenovo)
• Creating, monitoring, and managing process automations and active asset management with Ninja RMM
• Support maintenance of the ticket system (TANSS)
• Project management and IT documentation
• Training and support for our customers and their employees

Qualifikation

• At least 3 years of experience in the IT field (training as a system integration technician or equivalent activity as an IT administrator with corresponding work experience)
• Structured and solution-oriented work with creative solution approaches
• The willingness to always further develop yourself and not let yourself be dependent on rapidly changing technologies
• Travel readiness in the region with a company vehicle - but you're always at home in the evenings. (Class B driving license required)
• German on a native language level & good English skills are very advantageous in the digital world
