Job description
In this position as IT-Administrator Schwerpunkt Service & Betrieb (m/w/d), you ensure the reliable and stable operation of IT systems. Your key tasks include the qualified processing of incoming IT reports, including prioritization, evaluation, and thorough documentation. Furthermore, you coordinate solution finding in exchange with users, internal departments, and external service providers. You take over the installation, configuration, and administration of hardware and software and perform regular maintenance and upkeep work.
