Field of Activity.

We are small and large, we work personally and digitally, and we rely on a team of generalists and specialists. For you as an IT Administrator (m/f/d), this means creating the technical foundation that enables our colleagues to best contribute their professional expertise in their daily work. With the increasing technologization of our firm's processes, your work is becoming ever more important. You ensure reliable systems, provide support for technical questions, and shape the digital future at REVISA with us. Your field of activity consists of the following areas:

Network & IT Infrastructure

• Network support and troubleshooting of system malfunctions
• Support for IT security and data protection (GDPR)
• Maintenance of IT documentation

Helpdesk & First-Level Support

• First point of contact for IT and DATEV questions
• Ticket reception, documentation, and resolution of standard cases
• Structured escalation of complex support requests

Optional: DATEV System Landscape

• Support, configuration, and maintenance of DATEV applications
• User, rights, and access media management
• Support for updates, migrations, and interface connections

Optional: Digitalization & Process Optimization

• Analysis and digital optimization of firm processes within the team
• Participation in software, AI, and digitalization projects
• Development of own ideas for technical work simplification
