IT-Administrator (m/w/d)

IT Infrastructure with a focus on stability, security, and development.

We are currently looking for reinforcement in the area of IT system administration for an established company.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and developing the IT infrastructure – from classical on-premise systems to gradual migration into the cloud.

You will work closely with the systems, support users in their daily activities, and actively shape topics such as IT security, network, and modern infrastructure.

Tasks

• Operation, maintenance, and development of the IT infrastructure
• Administration of Windows servers and care for the system landscape
• Monitoring of server-, network- and system environments, as well as error analysis
• Planning and implementation of backup and restore concepts
• Implementation of IT security measures (e.g. firewall, EDR, hardening)
• Care for the network environment (VLANs, routing, firewalls)
• Participation in the development of the IT structure and cloud migration
• Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers

Qualification

• Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
• First to several years of experience in IT system administration or IT support
• Fundamental knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, or networks
• Interest in topics such as IT security, cloud, or modern IT environments
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Fluent German language skills
