As IT-Administrator (m/w/d), you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, development, and security of our IT systems and infrastructure. You ensure that our internal IT services run stably, efficiently, and securely, support colleagues with IT queries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems.
Your tasks:
* Maintenance and further development of our entire IT infrastructure (servers, networks, clients, routers, switches, firewalls)
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software (setting up laptops, workstations)
* Support for IT projects aimed at process optimization and automation
* Optimization of IT security with internal team
* First- and second-level support for our employees
Your profile:
* Completed education in the field of computer science: HTL or (FH-) study of computer science or comparable field
* Several years (at least 3 years) of professional experience in IT administration or system maintenance
* Management/Warranty of IT infrastructure (network, servers/clients, Active Directory, switch, firewall, Wi-Fi)
* Optimization and expansion of IT security
* Knowledge of Windows- and Linux-environments as well as network technology
* High degree of self-reliance, initiative, and sense of responsibility
* Excellent learning readiness and interest in new technologies and complex topics
* Analytical thinking, structured working style, and problem-solving skills
* Fluent German and English language skills and Slovenian an asset

Payout:
This position is expected to have a minimum salary of EUR 50,000 gross per year, with the willingness to overpay based on qualifications and professional experience.
