IT Administrator (m/w/d) Microsoft Infrastruktur

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator (m/w/d) with focus on Active Directory / Entra ID, Group Policies, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Server for a globally operating industrial company.

In this role, you will work in the IT infrastructure team on central projects to elevate a grown Microsoft environment to a higher level of maturity. It's about operation, analysis, and targeted further development – with the goal of sustainably improving structures, standards, and processes. Your contribution ensures more security, stability, performance, and reliability in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Maintenance and further development of Microsoft infrastructure with focus on Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Server
• Analyze existing technical structures and targeted optimization in terms of security, stability, performance, and standardization
• Building clear and sustainable structures in the area of Group Policies
• Conceptualization and accompaniment of Intune deployments for international use
• Improvement of transparency regarding roles, rights, and access
• Participation in operational operation as well as analysis, planning, and technical optimization
• Participation in IT projects and conceptual further development of the infrastructure

Qualifikation

• Completed IT training or study with IT reference
• At least 5 years of experience in IT administration
• Fundamental knowledge in Active Directory and Entra ID
• Very good know-how in handling Group Policies
• Good to very good knowledge in Intune, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Server
• Experience in planning, standardization, and project work
• Analytical, structured, and self-responsible working style
• Good German language skills and secure English for cooperation in an international environment
