Tasks

• Error analysis and troubleshooting on Second Level Niveau
• Acceptance of IT fault reports, error correction on site and via remote service tools
• Ensuring a smooth IT operation in the Windows and Linux environment
• Ongoing optimization and maintenance of IT infrastructure for clients and servers
• Ensuring the operation of the client landscape in Microsoft and Mac environments
• Error resolution Incident Management

Qualification

• Completed education or studies in computer science or equivalent qualification
• First experiences with M365 products and Linux
• Knowledge of network administration, mobile device management, and client management
• Communicative skills and a high customer orientation
