IT Administrator (m/w/d)

The Johannesbad Group is a mid-sized family-owned company with over 60 years of tradition and belongs to one of the most successful providers of medical and health-oriented services in Germany. It operates clinics, outpatient rehabilitation, and hotels, as well as the non-profit Johannesbad Academy GmbH at its locations in Bad Elster and Bad Füssing, which offers vocational schools for physiotherapy, ergotherapy, massage therapy, and medical spa therapists with around 300 students and approximately 1,000 training participants per year.

We expect you to have a versatile position in IT administration where independent work and reliable cooperation are essential. You will work in a modern Microsoft-based system landscape with centralized client and server environments, short decision-making paths, and a team that values mutual support and respectful interaction.

Tasks

• You administer, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, clients, and networks)
• You support IT projects, rollouts, and the further development of our system landscape
• You install, configure, and maintain hardware and software as well as client and user environments
• You support software deployments, device management, backup, security, and update topics
• You analyze and resolve IT issues in 1st- and 2nd-level support
• You are the point of contact for colleagues and work with external service providers and partners

Qualification

• A completed education in the IT field or comparable practical experience
• Experience in system administration or IT support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments and a basic understanding of networks and IT security
• A structured and solution-oriented working style
• Teamwork skills and enthusiasm for direct contact with users
• Interest in new technologies and willingness to further education
