The INTERSPA Deutschland Betreiber-GmbH organizes and controls all central functions and leads the development, planning, and construction of new leisure projects for the group.

At our location Stuttgart, we are looking for a dedicated person as

IT-Administrator (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Maintenance and administration of existing and new applications (e.g. cash register systems, DATEV, appointment scheduling systems)
• Administration of the Microsoft-365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• User-, rights-, and device management (e.g. through Entra ID / Intune)
• Setup and administration of IT workstations
• Analysis, classification, and troubleshooting of software and system errors
• Support for users with IT questions and problems
• Optimization and further development of the IT and network infrastructure
• Collaboration with internal departments and external IT partners
• Maintenance of system data and monitoring of processes
• Documented IT landscape and implemented measures

Qualifikation

• Completed education in the IT field, ideally business informatics or comparable
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, user management)
• Multiple years of experience in IT administration
• Analytical thinking and structured working method
• Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor
• High technical understanding and problem-solving competence
• Teamwork ability, flexibility, and willingness to take on tasks
• Stress tolerance and joy in dealing with people
