Tasks

• Counseling and support of customers regarding our educational products
• Processing of customer inquiries by phone, email or chat
• Maintenance and updating of the customer database
• Taking feedback from customers and forwarding it to the product development team
• Participation in training sessions to stay informed about new products and services
