Aufgaben

• Coordination of applications in daily business and support for users in the use of software products (mainly Microsoft 365)
• Error correction and troubleshooting in the PC area via remote maintenance or on-site
• Participation in ensuring information security, including data security and data protection
• Hardware/software maintenance and installation
• Ensuring operational readiness
• Maintenance and expansion of IT documentation, tracking of disturbances and their correction
• First- and second-level support in the context of IT service desk tasks
• Participation in projects and integrations of hardware and software
• Assuming internal and cross-departmental topics and projects

Qualifikation

• Completed training as a systems integration technician or equivalent training
• Safe handling of Windows operating systems and business application software
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 area
• Systematic and analytical thinking
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• You are creative, open, and enjoy working together in projects
• You quickly grasp complex relationships and have fun getting involved in new situations
• You work structured and your team can always rely on you
