Tasks

• Maintenance, administration, and further development of the IT infrastructure of the company within a hybrid IT landscape
• Ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and systems
• Monitoring and optimization of the IT environment in terms of costs, performance, and security
• Migrating systems to the cloud and integrating them into existing systems
• Supporting the introduction of IT guidelines and best practices
• Identifying causes and troubleshooting technical problems
• 1st- and 2nd-level support for users

Qualification

• Vocational training as a system integrator (m/w/d), completed studies in computer science, etc.
• Fundamental knowledge of IT infrastructure administration and optimization (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Knowledge of handling hybrid cloud scenarios
• Knowledge of integrating infrastructures into the cloud
• Analytical, structured, and meticulous working style
• A strong service orientation
• Self-reliance, sense of responsibility, and initiative
