Aufgaben

• You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the IT machine room.
• When faced with technically challenging tasks, you dive deep and find solutions where others have given up.
• You shape modern work environments actively, for example, by using Microsoft 365, Entra ID, cloud services, or taking meaningful steps towards automation.
• You ensure that server landscapes, clients, and virtualization environments run smoothly together.
• You understand networks and keep them under control: firewall, VPN, routing, switching, and VLANs are not a black box to you.
• You ensure smooth security mechanisms, backups, and monitoring, and develop new standards.
• You shape infrastructure projects actively and accompany projects from idea to implementation - whether migration, rollout, or new systems.

Qualifikation

• You have extensive experience in system administration and IT infrastructure management.
• You move confidently in the Windows environment (server, AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP) with a deep understanding of practical applications.
• Virtualization - particularly with VMware or Hyper-V - is part of your daily toolkit.
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune are not just surface-level systems, but ones you understand in their logic.
• Network fundamentals like TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, VPN, and firewall technologies are deeply ingrained.
• Automation is not an extra for you, but standard - PowerShell is used pragmatically and effectively.
• You use German and English fluently in technical communication.
