IT-Administrator (m/w/d)

The Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Kreisverband Lübben e. V. is a social service provider with approximately 300 employees and numerous facilities, making it one of the largest social service providers in the Dahme-Spreewald district. From ambulatory and part-time care to integration assistance, residential youth services, transportation services, first aid training, and intergenerational housing – our work is diverse and meaningful. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed IT Administrator (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

• Administration, further development, and documentation of our IT infrastructure throughout the entire association area
• Care for our server, network, and telephone environment
• Ensuring the availability, performance, and data security of our systems
• Maintenance and care of the system landscape and ongoing processes
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in hardware and software
• Implementation of updates, upgrades, and data backups
• Planning and implementation of IT projects
• Administration and maintenance of specialized applications in social and healthcare services
• Support for our employees in setting up and using PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Participation in the further development and implementation of IT security concepts

Qualifikation

• A successful completed education or study in the field of computer science, system integration, or a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of Windows server administration and Active Directory
• Experience with networks, firewalls, and security solutions
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware, is an advantage
• Interest in open-source solutions and Linux systems
• Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Outstanding service orientation, communication skills, and patience when dealing with users
• A driver's license for class B for occasional use in our facilities
