IT-Administrator (m/w/d) 100% Remote

A specialized IT service provider supports healthcare institutions in digitizing processes and operating stable, secure IT infrastructures.​
The focus is on reliable IT services for daily operation as well as long-term support for customers during technical and organizational changes.

Tasks

• First- and Second-Level-Support for users in hospitals, nursing homes, and old-age homes (remote)​
• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve issues in client-, server-, and network environments
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and standard software
• Support the operation of specialized healthcare applications (e.g. KIS/PVS, care and documentation systems)​
• Meticulous documentation of tickets, solutions, and changes in relevant systems
• Closely collaborate with colleagues from system administration as well as external service providers
• Participate in rollouts, updates, and smaller projects for modernizing the IT environments of customers

Qualification

• Completed education in the IT field (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or comparable qualification​
• First professional experience in IT support or system administration, preferably with a connection to healthcare​
• Good knowledge of Windows client and ideally server operating systems as well as basic network understanding
• Outstanding service orientation, structured and independent working style, and high problem-solving competence
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as a confident and friendly demeanor towards users
• Readiness for occasional deployments outside regular working hours (e.g. on-call duty after consultation)​
