Job description
Kigen IT is an IT system house based in Engstingen and Stuttgart, specializing in Microsoft 365 and IT security. We are looking for someone from the region to strengthen our technical team on-site in Engstingen and to support our managed service customers.
Tasks
- Support for our managed service customers regarding Microsoft 365
- Manage users, devices, and licenses in Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online
- Support of hybrid environments with Active Directory and Entra Connect
- Process tickets and assist customers directly
- On-site assignments with customers in the region, for example, for device rollouts or network topics
- Support with rollouts, migrations, and security projects
Qualification
- Experience in IT administration, ideally with Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Enthusiasm to familiarize yourself with Intune, Entra ID, and Security
- Reliable and independent way of working
- Driver's license class B
- Also welcome for career starters after training as an IT specialist or studies
