IT Administrator

KODRA GmbH & Co. KG is a German manufacturer of hygiene systems for hospitals and care facilities and inventor of the suction cup cleaner. For over 90 years, we have developed and produced thermal disinfection solutions "Made in Germany" - from standalone devices to modular systems for complete dirty work areas.

We are currently undergoing an active transformation phase: We are modernizing processes, digitalizing our organization, and building sales, service, and IT consistently. With clear management methods (EOS), short decision-making paths, and a lot of design freedom, we are leading a traditional company into a scalable, digital future - with strong growth in the DACH region.

Tasks

We are looking for an IT Administrator (m/w/d), who is eager to shape our IT from scratch: fast, stable, secure, and future-proof.

Your Tasks

• You build and professionalize our IT infrastructure
• We have introduced Microsoft 365, you professionalize our service for it, including devices, networks, and IT security
• You manage external IT service providers and keep an eye on quality & performance
• You are responsible for user & rights management as well as first- and second-level support
• You work actively on introducing our ERP system (Odoo) with
• You develop audit-compliant IT security concepts, monitoring, and documentation
• You design efficient IT processes

Qualification

• 1-3 years of experience in IT administration
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows systems, and networks
• First-hand experience with ERP systems is an advantage (preferably Odoo)
• You work independently, pragmatically, and solution-oriented
• You enjoy building structures anew and taking responsibility
