These are Your Tasks:

• Installation & Integration of customer environments (DATEV, Microsoft 365, Cloud systems, Firewalls)
• 1st & 2nd Level Support – remote & on-site
• Administration of Windows Server Systems
• Counseling & support for our clients on-site (out-of-office)
• Network technology & firewalling (e.g. Securepoint)
• VLAN Configuration
• Service-oriented work in the out-of-office

You Bring:

• Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Network Technician, System Administrator, IT Businessman (m/w/d)
• Very good German language skills (C1 level) required
• Multiple years of experience in Network Technology & Firewalling
• Solid knowledge in the Administration of Windows Server Systems
• Experience from an IT System House is desirable
• Bonus: Knowledge of DATEV, Microsoft 365 / Azure
• Service- and service-oriented work style
• Availability for customer visits in the out-of-office approximately every 7–8 weeks
• Readiness to visit customers on-site
• Class B driver's license
