Aufgaben

Your role with us

As IT-Administrator (m/w/d) with a focus on Microsoft 365, you are a central part of our technical team.

You don't just operate systems; you actively develop and expand our Microsoft-365 environment, bring in your own ideas, and support projects in the Modern-Workplace- and Identity-environments.

You work closely with internal teams and external service providers, taking responsibility for smaller IT projects from planning to implementation.

Your tasks:

• Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung und nachhaltiger Ausbau unserer Microsoft-365-Infrastruktur
• Administration and optimization of:
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• Maintenance and development of Active Directory-structures as well asAzure AD / Entra ID
• Support for the implementation and development of Security- und Compliance-Richtlinien
• Administration of Microsoft-Plattformen, Active Directory, and the Microsoft System Center-infrastructure
• Coordination with external service providers
• Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung kleinerer IT-Projekte (z. B. Einführung neuer Module oder Funktionen)
• Participation in projects in the area of Client- und Identitätsmanagement
• Creation and maintenance of System- und Betriebsdokumentationen
• Optional: Automatisierung von Prozessen mittels PowerShell

Qualifikation

You bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g. Fachinformatiker:in)
• Fundamental knowledge of working with Microsoft Windows
• Basic understanding of administering Microsoft-Servern
• First practical experience with:
• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Mobile Device Management
• Fundamental knowledge in:
• Networking
• Virtualization (e.g. VMware)
• IT-Security
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Teamwork and sense of responsibility
• Good German and English skills in word and writing
