Tasks

• System Administration: You are responsible for installing, configuring, and administering our internal IT infrastructure as well as customer systems (Windows- and Linux-based environments).
• Network Management: You oversee network components (firewalls, switches, VPN) and ensure high availability connectivity.
• Support & Troubleshooting: You are a competent point of contact for technical questions and solve complex hardware and software problems in 2nd-level support.
• Safety & Monitoring: You monitor system security, implement backup strategies, and ensure compliance with the highest IT security standards.
• KI & Automation: You test the use of KI-based monitoring tools and automate routine tasks using scripting to optimize our reaction times.

Qualification

• Qualification: You have a completed education as a computer scientist for system integration or a comparable technical qualification.
• Experience: You have fundamental knowledge in the administration of Microsoft Server landscapes, virtualization (e.g. VMware/Hyper-V), and network technology.
• Safety Awareness: A high understanding of IT security is self-evident for you – ideally, you already have experience in the KRITIS environment.
• KI Interest: You are open to technological innovations and eager to get involved in KI-based automation solutions in the admin area.
• Work Style: You work structured, are a team player, and maintain a cool head even in critical situations.
